Merlin Konsulting LCC, by organized trainings gives possibility of qualifications extension and acquiring new skills for employees of various company management levels and public and non-public health care institution in Poland and abroad.

We organize regular training cycles with topic repetition, and individual trainings, adjusted to Clients needs.

We organize and perform open and closed trainings, in the field of e.g.:

• development of soft skills (e.g. communication, negotiations, team building and managing, shift managing, presentations and public performances etc.)
• business issues (e.g. companies financial analysis, business plan building, companies restructuring, EU funds raising, employees outsourcing)
• conducting of Public-Private Partnership projects
• development (employees valuation system, description and job positions evaluation), human resources management, with particular emphasis on health care institutions
• specialist issues, arising from our Client's company needs

Training can take place in the headquarters of the Customer or any other place specified by Customer, also in our headquarter, in training rooms fully equipped with all the equipment necessary to implement multimedia training.

Training unit has the status of training institution basing on entry in the Training Institution Register in Provincial Labour Office in Walbrzych, according to the Decree of Minister of Economy and Labour from 27 October 2004 regarding training institution register.
